| Once you’ve decided
A Personal Chef is a |
| Good Option for You and
Your Family: |
| |
| 3 SIMPLE STEPS |
| |
| #1 - THE FOOD INTERVIEW |
| I will visit you and hopefully everyone who
will be eating the meals I prepare, at your home, at your convenience
for a 30-45 minute meeting to find out what you like, don’t
like and can’t or won’t eat. We will also establish what
days of the week are good to become my “cook day”. If
time allows, I will also check out your kitchen to get familiar with
the work area and make sure you have sufficient fridge and freezer
space to store your meals. |
| |
| #2 - MENU PLANNING |
| From the information I gathered at our meeting,
I will prepare a menu especially for you and your family that I hope
you will enjoy. This will include main dishes, side dishes and salads.
I will submit it to you via e-mail, fax or in person, whatever works
for you. You can then let me know if it is right on target or if
it needs to be tweaked, I want you to LOVE it, so if we need to make
changes, we make changes. |
| |
| #3 - I GET COOKIN’! |
| Once you OK your menu, I start preparing to
get your service going. On my way to your home on my cook day, I
will shop for the freshest, highest quality ingredients needed to
prepare your meals. I will arrive at your home with everything necessary
to fill your fridge and freezer with your menu items, including my
own cookware, utensils, paper products, containers, herbs & spices,
pantry necessities...the whole works! I will spend the day preparing
your service, then safely store your meals for you to consume at
your convenience. Your meals will be labeled with re-heating instructions
and a list you can stick on your fridge with my phone number for
any questions if you run into any problems. The meals are prepared
to be just as yummy when re-heated as if they were just cooked. When
I have completed all menu items and everything is stowed away, I
will clean up my mess! Your kitchen will be spotless when you get
home, the aroma will be fabulous AND your “dinner dilemma” is
solved!! |
