My name is Susan Viti, Certified Personal Chef and owner of My Sue Chef Personal Chef Services. I am a premier member of the United States Personal Chef Association.

I am a native Central Floridian, raised in the Orlando suburb of Maitland. My passion for cooking began simmering at a very young age when I would watch my grandmother cook up fresh fish my dad and brother caught on a sunny summer weekend at the coast. I observed my mom’s techniques while she made fresh grapefruit and avocado salad with homemade French dressing to accompany our meal. I was hooked!

Unlike most people, I loath shopping at the mall, but love going to the grocery store, instead of novels, I read cookbooks and nothing makes me happier than working in the kitchen, although I don’t consider it working…I love it!!I
